Göta Engineer Regiment is looking for an HR Generalist

Ing 2 is Sweden's only engineer regiment. Main Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, you will work both operationally and strategically. The primary focus of the position is to be cohesive in the recruitment process of primarily civilian personnel, as well as to support in certain areas related to the recruitment of military personnel. You are a support for managers and ensure a legally secure recruitment process where recruitment follows the plan with specifications, advertisement design, selection, relationship management, interviews, security clearance interviews, reference checks, feedback, and administration prior to hiring new personnel.
The tasks are independent and involve handling and driving various issues within the HR field, providing consultative support to managers and employees, and conducting training in the Armed Forces' agreements and conditions. The position will also consist of HR administration and work to create and implement routines together with other staff in the department, as well as developing HR processes within the unit. We prefer that you have worked in HR with relevant issues in an advisory and consultative role, that you have experience collaborating with trade unions, and that you are accustomed to being an employer representative.
Depending on interest, previous experiences, and areas of expertise, other work areas within HR may also be relevant.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in HR or other experience deemed equivalent by the employer
- Several years of experience in HR and/or recruitment
- Very good administrative skills
- Driver's license (B)
Meritorious
- Experience in labor law issues
- Experience working in the Armed Forces
- Experience in public administration
- Experience in strategic competence supply
- Experience with IT systems SAP and Sharepoint
